What is a done during a Preventive Maintenance service call?
A certified and licensed technician will perform a 21 point inspection to verify that all mechanical and electrical components are functioning properly and collect information on each unit for identification purposes.
LOPHC does not charge a monthly fee to maintain your building support equipment. You pay only for work that is performed. Equipment that is properly maintained experiences less wear. A small problems can be found and fixed before they become a big issue.
